Extra Frozen Bananas = Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2 well frozen bananas (I recommend peeling before freezing, peeling a frozen banana is a real pain)
1 and 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp of milk (I used almond)
2 tbsp of coffee
Combine all ingredients together in a blender, adding milk and coffee as needed to keep the consistency still thick like ice cream, but not too thick to blend. Once all the ingredients are combined feel free to freeze again for a nice treat later or eat as it is :)
This is a good recipe to use when you have too many frozen bananas, plus freezing bananas as they go brown keeps them out of a landfill (or your compost bucket).
